Ami Lyons

Illustration art for Wurzburg-based songwriter, Ami Lyons. UK born and bred, she is no stranger to the winding road of travel, and this album ‘Freedom’ is a culmination of her experiences many goodbyes and new beginnings as she busked her way around New Zealand and Europe. The cover art was inspired by my favourite song on the album ‘In love with the moon’. Trees in silhouette and the intertwining of nature with music along with the bird in flight were my way of interpreting Ami’s understated ambience.
