style and aesthetic
I’ve attached some ideas regarding my painting style/techniques which I think would work well at scale. The bold black illustrative style and the negative space paper cut out style both reflect a feeling of folk art which I think can be achieved . I imagine a curated colour palette/patterns or motifs and symbols we could employ as part of the scenery, to encapsulate a nostalgia of specific location or story. I’m open to all sorts of ideas and I’m pretty versatile with manipulating my style according to the overall desired aesthetic.
