Shaping Destiny

Brand/logo design. A fascinating inter-disciplinary project bringing together science, humanities and the arts to engage the various communities of Oxford. My job was to conjure up some concepts we could translate into branding and logo for use in print and online. The task was to communicate complex science using visual arts and to depict movement, genetics and dance.

"Shaping Destiny: Experiments in Embodiment" is a collaboration between the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics (DPAG) and TORCH.

Together with a number of external partners and community groups, the project team will explore ideas, distilling concepts to co-create and co-produce artistic interventions in various forms such as dance, theatre performance and a virtual reality experience! An intertwining of human and monster, science and art, dance and experience.
