Mither o' the Sea' ; an Orcadian myth
Mither o'the Sea’ is my new muse. Here’s a time lapse depicting my inability to decide on a colour palette and featuring my favourite wee anchor stud earring. When in doubt, blue hair all the way.

Having done some reading on Orcadian folklore (obvious choice of niche literature for June), the idea of Mither Sea-a mythical being to personify the spring/summer and her triumph over a grumpy mythical bloke causing storms named ‘Teran’, (which is local Orkney dialect meaning "furious anger".) Anyway, it resonated a tad. Here is a portrait inspired by a lovely head and a Scottish myth.....definitely more fin folk related weirdness being stored in the old medulla for a rainy day.
-Music is Bicep ‘Apricots’ which I advise you to stick deep in your audio holes and turn that dirty ambience up, then imagine you’re in the depths of the Scottish seas.....
